Award winning Ghanaian young actor Abraham Attah has responded to the criticism aimed at him after his ‘Best Male Lead’ speech at the Independent Spirit Awards.
This comes after some media personalities came under attack on social media for allegedly mimicking the young talent.
But Attah took to his Instagram explain what caused what he terms ‘bad speech’ at the awards over the weekend. He says he did not think he was going to take home the award, hence did not write down any speech.
He won the Marcello Mastroianni Award for Best Young Actor at Venice Film Festival 2015 and ‘Rising Star Award’ at the Black Film Critics Circle-BFCC for his lead role in Beast of no Nation.
