A man has been arrested after being accused of having sex with a teenage girl on board a domestic flight.
Jasper Garczynski, 27, was arrested for unlawful sexual activity with a minor on a Delta flight from Phoenix, US, to Salt Lake City last Monday.

Garcyznski, a MBA student at WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State, was found in the toilets on the plane where he and the 16-year-old girl are said to have had sexual relations.

He was arrested by the Salt Lake Airport Authority when the flight landed.
The University of Chicago graduate was discovered by a flight attendant in the toilet.
The teenage girl emerged from the bathroom and told the flight crew she just had sex, the New York Daily News reports.

When the pilot was notified, he called the police to inform them of the incident and Garczynski was arrested.
Garczynski, of Tempe, Arizona, is also a graduate teaching assistant at the WP Carey School of Business, according to the school’s website.
It was determined the plane had been in Utah air space when the alleged sexual act occurred.
The 27-year-old now faces a charge of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
