Ingredients For Curried Chicken Salad Recipe:

  • 1 Lbs Chichen Thighs
  • 8 Cloves Garlic, Blendes
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 Tsp Lemo Juice
  • Spring Onions
  • Sweet Pepper
  • Cucumber

Method To Make Easy Curried Chicken Salad Recipe:

  1. In a pressure cooker, add chicken thighs, blended garlic, cumin powder, salt, red chili powder and water. Cover and pressure cook for 15 mins.
  2. In a bowl, add mayonnaise, curry powder, deboned checken (pressure cooked), lemon juice, spring onions, sweet pepper and cucumber. Mix well.
  3. Place mixture on top of lettuce and tomato. Garinish with avocado and spring onions
